Q: Which browser can I use for shopping at www.Churidhar.com
To shop at www.Churidhar.com you need Internet Explorer 5.01 or later version. With Netscape 4.7 and above you can view the products. But you cannot purchase them using Netscape.

Q: Why was my credit card rejected?
If your credit card was rejected when you tried to submit your order, most likely you selected a credit card type that does not match the credit card number you entered. For instance, you may have selected MasterCard as your method of payment but entered your Visa card number. Or, you may have entered your credit card number incorrectly. Try reentering your credit card type and number.

Q: Can I pay for my order using a method other than a credit card?
No, ordering from this site requires a credit card. If you want to pay using any other method, please check with customer support.

Q: What does shipping cost?
Shipping is free inside India. To other countries, it is $14.99 for the fist kilogram(2.2 lbs) and $5.00 for each additional 1/2 kilogram (1.1 lbs). The site will display the shipping charges, immediately after you entered your shipping details and pressed continue button. From time to time we may have offers like "Free Shipping".

Q: Can I return the product if I am not fully satisfied?
We take stringent measures to ensure that the items delivered to you are in perfect condition. However, there is a remote possibility that the item may be damaged during transit or that a wrong item is delivered to you. In such cases when your ordered item may be damaged during transit or that a wrong item is delivered to you, we will replace the item at no extra cost, provided that the request for replacement / return of item is made by you within two days from the receipt of the package. Such request should be made by getting in touch with our customer support executive by sending an email at info@churidhar.com and giving the reference of your order number, product details and the price. On receipt of your parcel, we shall immediately courier a replacement of the same products at our costs provided we find that our products were damaged in transit or that a wrong item was delivered to you. There are no extra shipping charges for the delivery of replacement items. In case a wrong item is delivered to you, you have the liberty to keep the package which we have mistakenly shipped to you or courier it back to us, whatever you deem fit.
We will in any case, courier you your correct ordered dress/package. The product will be accepted for return or replacement only after the products are delivered to our Indian office unused.It will be the responsibility of the customer to choose a safe courier agent and see that the product is delivered to us intime. Also it is the responsibility of the customer to clear the product from customs in case they are held during return for whatever reasons.As far as our outfits, which are altered as per your specifications/alterations, you should appreciate that each outfit ordered online is individually altered as per your body shape and size and made to fit perfectly in accordance to the measurements provided. Also, as far as our outfits, which are not altered, you should kindly bear in mind that relatively, fashion is an evolution. Due to the dynamism of this evolution, we shall not be able to accept back your ordered dresses. Therefore, kindly be informed that churidhar.com will not be able to refund any online sales or exchange any of your ordered dresses at www.churidhar.com except in cases if your ordered dresses are damaged during transit or that a wrong item is delivered to you.

Q: How can I check my order's status?
Go to Churidhar.com Home Page; Enter your Order Confirmation number in the Order Status textbox and click the question mark next to the text box. If the item is shipped you can see the tracking number. Click the tracking number link to get the status of the shipment from the shipper.
