Sales Terms
1. Customers must provide full, accurate and legible information in the order
form. Churidhar.com is not responsible for wrong delivery due to incorrect
and/or incomplete address supplied by the customer.
2. VAT / Custom Taxes and Import Duties are to be paid directly by the buyer.
VAT / Custom Taxes and Import Duties are not included in our order price.
3. Customers must provide up to 3 to 4 weeks for processing and delivery of
orders. In the event of any order that cannot be processed within 4 weeks, we
will inform the customer at the earliest. After you place an order, allow a few
business days for us to process the order (pending credit card). If you have
ordered an item that is not available or that is delayed, we will notify you of
the situation via email or phone. When your order is ready, it is shipped
immediately. Please allow 12 working days (Excluding Saturday and Sunday) for
deliveries unless the delivery date is not specified at the time of purchase. We
will not held responsible if the order is delayed due to unforeseen natural
calamities. If the customer wants a refund due to delay caused for the above
reason. We will refund 80% of the order value. We do not stock in bulk,
therefore each outfit is unique and customized. We promptly provide refunds for
items that are not available.
4. While every endeavor has been made to accurately reproduce colors, there may
be minor variations in color of the actual product because of the nature of
fabric dyes and differences in display output due to lighting and digital
photography. A customer must place an order keeping in mind this minor variation
in color as seen on a computer screen against the actual color of the outfit
received.
5. Occasionally, high demand causes us to run out of certain items. If we do not
have an item that you've ordered in stock, we will either inform you by Mail or
we will contact you by Phone. Because we do not charge your credit card until we
ship your order, charges for out-of-stock items do not appear on your bill. All
items offered are subject to availability at the time of placing your order.
6. Designs and prices are subject to change without notice.
7. For any reason if customer wants to cancel an order, Churidhar.com will hold
20% of the order value as processing and handling charges.
